    Return/Exchange and Refund Policy

    I/ Scope of Application

    Applicable to customers who purchase products online on NOLEO's official store or at NOLEO's official points of sale.

    II/ Return/Exchange and Refund Policy

    1. 1. Exchange Policy

      1.1 Content

      Full-price & discounted products are eligible for 1-to-1 exchange, one exchange per order. The total value of the exchanged product must be equal to or greater than the purchased product. NOLEO will not refund the difference if the new product has a lower value.

      Not applicable for exchange/return: free gifts, trial products, products with opened seals or signs of use.

      Customers can exchange products at the place of purchase or through NOLEO's official Fanpage.

      1.2 Exchange Conditions

      Exchange period: Within 02 days from the date of receipt.

      Product must be intact, unused, with seal and labels intact.

      Product must not be dirty or damaged.

      Customers need to provide purchase invoice when exchanging.

      2.1 Return Policy

      Customers can return products if they have manufacturing defects and do not wish to exchange for another product.

      Manufacturing defects include:

      • Severely damaged/torn packaging upon receipt.
      • Product structure defects (separation, abnormal color change).
      • Incorrect expiration date.

      Refund via bank transfer for products with manufacturing defects.

      NOLEO will bear 100% shipping cost if the product is determined to be defective from our side.

      In case the order cannot be delivered in full, NOLEO will refund for undelivered products.

      2.2 Return Conditions

      Return period: Within 10 days from the date of receipt.

    3. 3. Refund Policy

      Applicable to prepaid orders when products have manufacturing defects and customers do not wish to exchange for another product.

      Refund time: 05 - 07 days after NOLEO verifies the defect (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays as regulated).

      Refund will be processed through customer's bank account.
